Our platform removes the risk of non-payment by collecting the full amount of the stay upfront and securely holding it until the guest confirms their satisfaction.


This guarantees timely payment to the owner while offering additional protection through a security deposit, which the owner can set to cover potential damages or, if desired, to offset utility costs.


Moreover, all terms and conditions outlined in a reservation, along with relevant details, are legally binding for both parties as if they were part of a formal contract. For added assurance, we can provide customized contracts upon request, ensuring both sides are fully protected.
