1. Introduction

By registering as a user of Freelyfy, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, which are legally binding, adhere to our Privacy Policy, and comply with all the Terms of Use of the platform.

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by Freelyfy, available on the website www.freelyfy.com and its mobile applications for iOS/Android (hereinafter, "the platform"), owned by Bi2Rent Rentals S.L., with CIF B05447594 (hereinafter, "Freelyfy").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting these terms and conditions, the user declares that:

They have read, understood, and comprehended the content of this document.

They have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the conditions set forth herein.

They assume, accept, and commit to complying with all the obligations stated herein.

These conditions are valid for an indefinite period and apply to all activities and contracts made through the Freelyfy platform.

3. Identity of the Parties

On one hand, the service provider is Bi2Rent Rentals S.L., with its registered office at Calle Pont i Vic, 1, Bj, CIF B05447594, registered in the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, with customer service phone number [+34 620810660] and email address: help@freelyfy.com.

On the other hand, the user, registered on the website with a username and password, is fully responsible for their use and safekeeping, as well as the accuracy of the personal data provided.

The platform users can be:

Owners or Hosts: Users who publish and offer a property they own or have sufficient authorization to manage and rent through the platform.

Tenants or Guests: Users who reserve and contract the temporary rental of a property listed on the platform.

The terms and conditions apply to both types of users (Hosts and Guests) and, where applicable, to each of them specifically.

4. Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the access and use of the services offered by the Freelyfy platform and the relationship between the users of the platform.

5. User Registration and Access to the Platform

The use of Freelyfy services is conditional upon the prior registration of the user. To register, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, either via email or through third-party accounts (Facebook, Google, or Apple).

By registering, the user:

Authorizes Freelyfy to access their data on the selected third-party platform to complete the registration process.

Commits to maintaining the confidentiality of their password and immediately notifying any unauthorized use of their account to help@freelyfy.com.

Freelyfy reserves the right to delete accounts that do not comply with these terms or fail to meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

6. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

Use the platform in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and not to use it for illegal activities or activities that infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Not publish or transmit illegal, offensive, violent, discriminatory, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Not engage in identity theft, fraud, or violations of other users' privacy.

Not use the platform to send spam or any form of unsolicited communication.

Freelyfy reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts that violate these rules.

7. Platform Operation

Freelyfy acts as an intermediary in the rental of temporary accommodations, facilitating direct contracting between owners and tenants. Owners are responsible for managing their properties and complying with applicable local laws, while tenants are responsible for complying with the reservation conditions.

Users may cancel or modify their reservations in accordance with the applicable cancellation policies. Freelyfy is not responsible for private agreements between owners and tenants beyond what is stipulated in these terms.

8. Security Deposit

Owners may set a security deposit to cover any potential damage to the property. Freelyfy holds this deposit during the stay period and transfers it to the owner 24 hours after check-in, provided there are no disputes.

9. Modifications of Terms

Freelyfy may modify these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed of such modifications by regularly reviewing this page.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Palma de Mallorca.
